You could either wait for a Nintendo event or you could use this code: 94000130 fcff0000 b21c4d28 00000000 boooooo4 00000000 0000aa3c edb88320 2000aa68 0000000a d2000000 00000000 to Activate press L and R and then go to a pokemart. when you walk in a guy in green should be next to the desk. talk to him and he'll give you an azure flute. then go to where you caught Palkia (or Dialga depending on what game you have) then a message will appear asking you to play your flute. choose yes and a stairway will appear. walk up and you will find a lvl 80 arceus so bring a masterball or a ton of ultra balls!
