Hitmonchan learns Fire Punch, Ice Punch and Thunder Punch at level 31. As for the other six moves (since you said nine by levelling up): Agility at level 6. Pursuit at level 11. Bullet Punch and Mach Punch at level 16. Feint at level 21. Vacuum Wave at level 26.

Well know 'm bad at explaining new question, but I want 2 more like what you said about Hitmonchan that it learn Ice punch and Fire punch and Thunder Punch at the same time.
