It a stressful game! I'm stuck trying to save the guy who has all the anuerysms everywhere and everytime you get rid of some another five appear. Even when i draw that star to slow down time i can't quite get them all.

lol i had that same exact problem. i excised 2 of the final ones and let the rest burst. be careful, because vitals will drope like a rock if you let them bleed so if you let them burst, suture them FAST.

i beat it without the anurisms bursting. but you have to be fast. on the one where 5 appear at the same time, use HT. inject the serum into the anurisms and cut them. DO NOT TAKE THEM OUT! once you do, they will start to bleed, and you will have to take care of that. once you cut all of them, take them out one by one until there are no more to take. after that, you are done!
