Well, at home my connection speed is 24.0 kbps.
When i have been to the YMCA, i dont know what their speed is, cant remember, but it is some of the best high-speed internet. and ill try and see if it reconnects or not.
i mean click reconnect if u found the not connected internet bar found whem u click the login button in the game, by the way, the only thing in my mind is to disable ur firewall.
I knew what u meant about clicking reconnect at the login screen. Tried that. Didnt work. so, a little while ago i tried reinstalling the game. It wont load up period. When it tries to load the screen goes black and it doesnt respond. So, the game is basically screwed up permanently. Oh well.
WHAT??? maybe u should scan ur entire battlefield 2142 game with ur antivirus.
hey, i forgot about that. thanks for the suggestion. it has been a while since i last scanned my entire computer.

i have decided to live with the fact i cant play online for this game anymore. i have decided not to deactivate my firewall on my computer for this game. Cause the last time i did that for a game, which i cant remember the name of it and that was over a year ago, i screwed up my entire computer and had to do a full system recovery... u kno, had to wipe everything clean... and that sucked.
WHAAAAAAATTT??????????? Oh well, , i give up.
YAHOO!!!! I'm able to connect onto the internet again.
I reinstalled the game but then only updated it to version 1.10 instead of 1.25
But i dont know what's wrong with the v1.25 patch.
So i'll be keeping the game at version 1.10 for a while.
At least i can play online again if I want too.
i've tried using patches, but for some reason my game crashes. oh well, i never be able to play online
