First you go in the tv station in jubilife andgo onto the second to last floor and talk to the guy next to the woman.
When he asks you to answer you put in "everyone happy" in the next question put in "wi-fi connection" then he will give you a mystery gift but you cant get it till you restart your ds.
To make it easier go to the abc column at the bottom of the screen
