Resident Evil 4 Message Board  

Hey.
Ever since I installed the 1.1.0 patch (EU version)
I have the following problem:
When I start the game, when the Capcom logo is suposed to apear I only get a white square.
And when I load a savefile/starts a new game everything is white, the onlything I can see is the laserpointer from my gun.

I tryed to update my gfx drivers but that didnt help.

My system specs are:

CPU: Pentium 4, 3ghz w/ HyperThreading
Graphiccard : Nvidia geForce 7800gs agp
RAM: 1024mb.

Hope you guys can help me out

hmm, try uninstalling 1.1.0 patch, then run the game. Because the patch usually stuffs up a game.

OR if that dosent work, update the patch.

What do you mean with "update the patch"?

Well, im just gonna try to reinstall the game.
Is it a normal problem that the game stops working after the patch?

Edit: I reinstalled the game and applyed the patch again, got the same problem.
So unless someone has an idea I have to play the unpatched version

what i mean is, get a newer patch instead of the patch u currently have at the moment.

But isnt the 1.1.0 the newest one?
If not, please link to one cause I have tryed to find a newer patch than 1.1.0.

well, the latest patch is 2.1.0

Oh, hehe had no idea about that, gonna check it out soon, Ill post the results after that.
