ummm i remember somethin in harthome....but i think you need to have EVERY pokemon in your pokedex

you go to bebe house with an empty slot in your party say yes and she gives you a level 5 eevee. you can also find them in the pokemon mansion if you talk to mr. backlot every day.

under hartmone city. go down all the way down and there will be pokeranger i think than there will be a big mansion go inside and go to the room on your right.

yeah its true u lvl an eevee at either mossy rock or icy rock in 2 special places and eevee will evolve into either glacion or leafeon i have both of em =)
