    In certain areas of grass when you use it and the grass shakes go to the grass that shook and it could be a rare pokemon that you couldn't normally get. I got a ditto by using that on route 218 in the patch of grass right next to the canalave city entrance.

    ur lucky. i can NEVER get a Ditto when i use the Poke Radar at route 218 i do not have good luck at pokemon games cuz my life is cursed.

    once you see all the guys then talk to proffesor rowan and get the national pokedex and you also get the pokeradar
