Ya but u can only migrate after u beat the E4 and after obtaining the national dex. This site will help

If you have ever gotten bored of FR, LG, E,R,S or any other Pokemon game real fast, dont get this. You'll get bored of it pretty fast. Its just like Emerald, except with a few more, crappier, Pokemon.
