What is the ability called when you cant lower the pokemon's accuracy?

Cant say it but heres an example:

1) Fissure used on a Flying type Pokemon will not work.

Fissure is a ground type move. The Flying Pokemon can avoid it.

2) A certain Pokemon may have the Ability: Levitate.
For example Fissure used on Shuppet will not work.
Levitate makes Ground moves miss.
