If you were to cross ANY, yes ANY (limited to Emerald, of course), two pokemon to try and create the most bomb-digity pokemon in the world, which would you choose and why?

I would cross Gengar with Deoxys. A super strong psychic with ultimate control over special attacks. The special attack stat would be through the roof and the ability to command all three mental types would be huge. Can you imagine? Here's what the combined stats would be (base stats, neutral nature):
HP: 110 Atk: 245 Def: 80 (the one rough one) Sp.Atk: 310 Sp.Def: 95 Speed: 260
This pokemon would also be able to command moves of almost any type. It's name? Deoxgar
Note: I did not enhance or make up any of the stats or move types. They are an exact combination of Deoxys's and Gengar's stats/moves.
Next question will be a little game. The game will be like "20 Questions", but you're guessing a pokemon instead of something random.
