Grass type is better, because there are a large number of water Pokemon that have a second type of ground. For example, Barboach, Quagsire, and Whiscash all have an electric resistance, but grass will still be super effective against them both. Although Electric is also strong against water Pokemon, many water Pokemon can learn ground moves like earthquake that are super effective against electric. But water Pokemon can not learn fire moves, so they cannot defend themselves against the grass type.

I'm decided whether or not my next question should be a free-for-all (because I usually write my Q's out in sets of 5's, and this one happens to be next), so I would like to get your opinions.
Next question won't be up until LoC signs off for good so both Rami and LoC have an equal chance of winning, or having someone take the game-winningn point away from them.
