If there is a 4+ evolution pokemon, list it and you'll get 4 points.

There is no pokemon which evolves four times in a row (the ones with four or more evolutions give you a choice instead)
Correct. For the 4 times, I wasnt sure, so I just put it on just in case there was. And i dont have D/P either. Next question coming soon.
