I must kill Sir William ... and i can't find him .... and i have to find the smelter in the understreests ... where i find the smelter??? cuz i looked all the understreets..help me please...

Go to the bar in town, there is a door to the left you will find both people there. sorry once you go through there you will kill the succubus queen which will move the 3 guarding the draw bridge outside and lower it, in there is both people.
For the smelter go get some reds and head back to the undercity where you came out, to the left is a wall of fire, use the reds to take it down and head that direction.
