so far i found the "battery","spring","pellicle". and the "soul" atrifact, where can i find it other

so far i found the "battery","spring","pellicle".
and the "soul" atrifact, where can i find it other then in that box in the sarcophagus?
annnnd the exoskeleton suit...
where can i finf it other then the stash in the sarcophagus?
and, haha where is the over-under shotgun at?
