I dont think you can find it in the game, you need to download something for the PC to be able to get it i think, but you can always get a similar looking car and modify it in a garage or something.

umm......im not a person of cars but if thats what it is ignore me but if your talking about the skyliner airplane i know where!!!!!! It's in las venturas in a huge hangar on the south side of the runway...sorry if i wasnt any help....

I thought he was refurring to the car, but come to think of it, it could very well be the plane, quite far on in the runway you will find it, i knew there wasnt a nissan skyline there.
