yea After days of hard work ive finally cuaght giratina and heatrin with pokeballs yes people pokeballs. its awsome now if i could know where to find pokemon #287 the one below giratina thanks you.

Regigisgas?is on the bottom floor of Snowpoint's tempole,but first you need to get the Three regi's(Regice,Regirock,Registeel.)from your old games(Ruby,sapphire,emerald.)
