(In Diamond, you have to have the National Dex to be able to trade over) When you boot up Diamond, you will have an option 'Migrate From [Pokemon Game Inserted]' Click that, and pick 6 Pokemon that you want to put over. Pick the Pokemon, and then go into the Pal Park.
