Have all the cars in the garage except the baggage cart. Can someone tell me where to find it?

Yes there is. Except it's called a baggage carrier. You have 2 have the add-on that gives the ability to drive the cars back to the agency and save them. Once you have "garaged" a car you can call it up anytime like the original 3 agency cars. Have never seen the baggage carrier though so I'm clueless on it. I know it has to be somewhere cause it shows all the cars you can save. 🤔

i dont have the add ons quite yet so i have no idea, but thats kinda cool i didnt know that was one of the new features

Yeah, the add ons are pretty friggin awsome. The "Keys to the City" add on is kind of a free-for-all mode. Lets you set ur stat lvls, super strength, super agility, inf. ammo, etc is awsome. The other one adds street racing, garage cars, couple of new weps, stuff like that. Not uber but def adds to the game if you've grown a bit tired of it.

Hi m8 well i will help you out finding this baggage car,i already have the confiscator archievement. So probly you remember your fight with this volk boss guy on the oil rigg? Well the baggage car is on the heli-pad on this oil rigg. But there,s a little trick to it. Wait until its night and then go over there,you could go in daytime but it won,t show up then ;-) There should be two baggage cars there,the bigger problem is however...getting it save on land! What i did was picking it up and just before u going down ride the thing down until the next rigg platform (the one with the crane) then pick it up again and jump with the car to the ship,from here its a very slow walk with the car picked up again over the oil pipe that leads to the shore. Now comes the tricky part! When at the end of the oil pipe at the pumping station there,s this small walkway just above to the right,now aim there with the car and do a gentle trow and if done right then the car should fall onto this walkway,from here its a piece of cake (if however the car lands on it side,the give it a little kick but not to hard otherwise it probly lands in the water) Then sit in the care and drive it over this walkway and up to the street,now all u have to do is bring it back to ur garage and bagg that archievement ;-)

they also added a few new achievments like sticking 5 gang members to a single vehicle or completeing all time trials on insane difficulty. in all with the add-ons theres 5 new acheivments and instead of only 900 gamerscore you can now reach 1250 like oblivion. i dont know whether i want to pitch out that kind of money for them though, i'm not sure if i'd play it enough again to make it worth my $$$
