Hmm, thats strange, start the game again and double check if you have professional mode, if not, then maybe complete the whole game on normal mode. And the chicago typewriter is available when you complete assignment ada and seperate ways.

Well when you start "New game" above Normal there should be Pro, and i dont think you should do anything in the Extra things.
