So if you fit those specs then your fine. I belive with the latest drivers for your grafics card you will run it ok at the default detail. Your ram will be sufficient but make sure your processor is over 2ghz or it will go are funky during the game!
Pretty sure you'll be able to run the game with everything on LOW with a decent clip with 512MB RAM... If you want better quality then 1GB should be the minimum, I have 2GB myself and the game runs great...
