Well we could try and predict whether or not it will play a significant part in NFSPS.

Since EA are trying to emulate a street scene as closely as possible, they need to include the main cars of the street racing world. My guesses on that are RX-7, R34 Skyline, Nissan 240SX, Nissan Silvia S15 and Toyota Supra. Maybe the RX-7 will feature as a boss...

mabye EA just like the car... the project director has one of those and he wants it on the cover? lol could be tons of things... I think it'll be just like any other car, like the other covers... the car on it doesn't really say much...
