Is there any other pokemon on sapphire besides Kyogre? Is Groudon on sapphire?

hi hoops me again and yes their is their is a place in saphire called sky piller on the last level u will find another legendary called rayquaza (i think that is how u spell it) u need a match bike to get 2 raquaza

sky piller is on route 131. and the mach bike is in mauville city.

Nope. However, Rayquaza, Jirachi, and perhaps even Deoxsys are on it too...

It's at the bike store in Mauville City!
If you want to get Rayquazza, you have to have beaten the Elite Four!
Please tell me you HAVE done THAT...
Go to Pacifidlog Town, look at your map, go east( right ), according to your map, and at the top of the screen eventually you will see The Sky Pillar,
Enter the Sky Pillar and some of the floors will have cracks, you must ride over the cracks with the Mach Bike without stopping untill your on safe spots. At the very top you will find Rayquazza! Make sure you have brought LOTS of Ultra Balls, or If you want to waste your Master Ball, which I hope you didn't use on Kyogre, cause you should use use it on Latios, you can use that instead!
If you have an action replay, I know a quiker way, without using thje Rayquazza Cheat!
There that long speach should tell you how to get Rayquazza!
Don't listen to what AWgod said, you can't get irachi or Deokys at the Sky Pillar!
Oh, another thing, there are two ways to get Jirachi that are currently around and one way to get Deoxys.
That is by Cheat Code and for Jirachi, if you have another pokemon disk, I forget which one, oh, It's Pokemon Colluseum for Gamecube! I wish I had it!
The rumors that you can get Jirachi or Deoxys by going into space are in my oppinion 92% False! If you need five stars in order to go to space then you have to complete your pokedex first, which requires therm!
If you need J & D in order to get the thinmg you need which gets you J & D, then that means in order to Jirachi and Deoxys then you allready must have Jirachi And Deoxys! It's Logic!
I know I'm rambling on but I just don't want to have this discussion about where to get Jirachi and Deoxys!
Then theres the thing about the island... Im 78% sure that's false, I have no good logic to beat everyone with on that one!

Furthermore, you pretty much have to have an ar or a gameshark, I know I have both of them as well as Mew, Mewtwo, Snorlax, Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Suicune, Entei, Riakou, and Celebi, just like a whole bunch of other ordinary pokemon from the older games!
