@JC: okay, let me tell this to you strait...NFS carbon will NOT RUN under directX 9.0! i had to download DX 10 so that i could install carbon! now do you understand why i can't downgrade to DX 9?

mine installed very easily and fast and i don't think i have a directx at all cos i've reinstalled my windows several times cos it got used and had to be refreshed. and don't it was on my computer installed directx, cos i don't remember having a game installed in my pc and had directx included.
how about removing DX? i don't know if this will help but try it anyway
headless rider lol, sounds pretty good for angie cos she is a rider(rides her car) and headless because of your ghrapics setup. well i'd rather prefer her behedead then look at her stupid mug.when she laughs her mouth's big as a hippo's mouth!

Removing DX will NOT help, removing it will make NONE of your games work... I just thought that had to be clarified...
Just try your best to get the latest graphics and motherboard drivers...
everythingPC what the hell is anti-aliasing? and why do they put in v-sync and anti-aliasing in games. cos i don't understand why would they put useless options if they don't do anything.
I'll tell you now VSYC IS POINTLESS.... It has no noticable difference whatsoever...
Anti-aliasing is the best thing since sliced-bread, I don't know how you haven't noticed it. Anti-aliasing removes all jagged edges and gives everything, especially in the distance. A nice look and finish...
Anti-Aliasing can go up for X2 to X16 which is the best. Most games only go up to X4 or X8...
When i was challenging Angie, the V-Sync thing got really crappy and the head was missing except for the hair. It looks like bobby mcferin but without a face! so, angie does not have a head (which is true, if you get my drift...) but has only hair. also, this happens when i race and when angie starts laughing moronically. plz help!

BTW, to fix the problems with her graphic probs with her face during race, just turn of Window in Window option in the Gameplay...it'll spare you from Kenji's pug ugliness, Angies gay laughs, and Darius basic retardedness...
