of course it does, but it also takes all the fun and challenge out of it too. I don't really care if people are using them in their games, but if someone is using it on wi-fi, then people are bound to get mad

the tower lowers their stats to that of a regular ev trained pokemon, it's the game's way of trying to get around hackers
