yes, there r 2: the better driving [use l3 to jump] cheat and the low gravity cheat
low gravity cheat-right r2 circle r1 l2 down l1 r1
better driving cheat- triangle r1 r1 left r1 l1 r2 l1 [press l3 to jump after putting in this cheat]

no problem, and you mite wanna do the takn with the low gravity ceat since its the best. just use the r3 button to move the gun of the tank pointing back and just fire so youll have great air
