where can you find a shiny pokemon?
Are they better than their original forms?

Halo or Legend of Zelda.
Don't know which is better, but they both sure are great!

thy have the same stats and moves as the regular kind however they are extremely rare if obtainable at all.

shiney pokemon are possible to get and its an 1 out of 8000 chance of getting 1

Eh, the only shinies I got legally was a shiny Trapinch and a shiny sandshrew, but I kinda cheated all shiny legendaries...then lost teh game that they were in.
