you need to get the bike and go south. its a little detur that takes you past oreburgh and through south coronet. which takes you to hearthome city (theres a gym, but you cant go in) do something there and continue on to solaceon town. theres a well and a tower to the east side. go in the tower and find strength at the top. then go north of solaceon and go right to the 3rd gym. at that point strength is only a battle move but after you get the sixth gym badge, you can move boulders (and i think they are just giant round rocks... not steel or anything)

if u are wondering what u need to do u probably haven't beat team galactic yet unless u have you bike then u r supposed to go south down bicycle road
