ok there are 3 minotors before u fight go near the unicorn and use the console select the unicorn and type: setownership, so it wont atk u then take out the minotors.
to make the unicorn unkillable type: setessential 0001EC58.

about the wolf its true some guy moded a wolf to be a horse and called it a warg the mod is on file front
