What is happening? What happened to single brand PPV's. Since ECW returned the PPV's have been all brands allowed.
Judgement Day should be a Smackdown! PPV but you had Raw and ECW matches occurring? Has it changed or is this just temporary whilst the title belts sort themselves out?

i think its because ECW only has 1 ppv [december to dismember] so they decided to make all ppvs tri-ppvs

From what I understand (at least this year) will be all brand PPV's from now on...you'll probley see more guys on different shows competing also
