i got the impresion than lately there are players that have "hexed" there cars, and set times that are 2/3 sec's faster than realy possible!
kan anyone tell me how 2 "hex" you're cars performance?
slightly improve it?

what i mean is:
fore exaple, a corvette with the handling of a tuner
and viceversa
a tuner with the acceleration of a vette
"hexing" is entring the progr files
& change the performance slightly
get it????
