Can anyone please give me tips on how to get these???? I keep reading about nintendo events and the mystery gift but i have no clue of how to use these to get the two items.

Mix records with someone who cheated to get them.
Otherwise, the Nintendo events haven't happpened in the US yet.

Is there any specific site that tells the public about the Upcoming Nintendo Events? The only event I know of right now is the september manaphy giveaway at Toys R' Us.
P.S: For events like the Toys R' Us giveaway, can you use wifi+mystery gift at your house at the time? Cause the nearest Toys R' Us is 45 miles away.
