...and what makes you think no one is on when it says ONLINE? The mods/founders don't have to actually be ON the site to be signed in to the LiveSupport.

Cool!! Like late last night the mods were offline but they were online on the live support.

Well I only assumed that once signed into the site, you are automatically signed into the live support thingy.

However, there have been times when no mods appeared online, yet the live support thing was online.

I have noticed that ES and Nevermore were on the site at one time and the Live Support read 'OFFLINE'.

A flaw, maybe?

Im not saying this live support isnt good, but it does need a tad of refining.
