well it should be in the missions..so u must complete the missions in order to go to the flight school.

The flight school is only available on the third island, Las Venturas. You need to have completed MANY missions to get there. If you're still in Los Santos, you still got a LOOONG way to go, buddy.

yeah u dont just find flight school theirs a levl were u hav 2 finish flight school and trust me it's hard
