I am supposed to help his associate take measurements. Everytime I talk to him(associate), he says he is not finished. I took a coffee break, bathroom break, and a smoke break. He is still not finished. How long does he take? He will say when he is ready which takes around 10 seconds. It maybe a bug in the game. I will try again, or just shoot him. You mentioned it may be a bug. I have noticed that some of my other games have been acting funny since I installed Vista.
