ive been playing this for a while and the sound just wont work (only for this game) i have no patches or trainers whats wrong please help

Maybe the soundcard doesn't support this game. Usually, creators-designers of the game write a file and report what soundcards,videocards etc are compatible with the game.Find that file and look it.(maybe it is a readme.txt file). Hope i helped
