i don't remembered exactly my best bounty record from MW but it was around 10 millions. at the time i really enjoyed giving the cops a hard time but now i'm too lazy to even speed up over 50 km/h when i'm around cop cars...actually my shortest pursuit was around 3 seconds
It's easy, I've done it before (in fact it was actually 0.16 secs).
You have to get into a chase in a race, and then you'll have the chance to do it. Or you can ram the first cop there and escape that way (it's boring, but they usually fly).
