where exactly is the hydra army jet? also you answered my Q on the turismo but where in las ventura

Oh ya I bet you don't know the spawn code or an inferrnus or any helicopter (this is a challenge for anyone)

You go to the army base and it might be there. Jump out a plane. float due to a parachute to or as far as you can to the abandoned air strip and complete all the plane school class and it will appear there.
