Shellos - West, they are essentially identical except for colour and shape, but if you train one from a lower level such as the ones found in the west then it will be stronger than one trained if you found it later in the East at a higher level.
I like the Shellos on the west side of the map because for one, everyone seems to like the east better just because of color and that doesn't make a difference. I like to try to be somewhat original. Also when you train a pokemon from a lower level you have the chance to make it better than ones you catch a high levels because of customization purposes. You can choose what moves it learns without having to use a heartscale. Also the stats can get a bit higher from you training it, especially if you get it a pokevirus.
