when I use this online a message comes up saying Sync Error... dose this mean that this trainer cant be used online?

The trainers are NOT for online play. We do not support or condone the use of trainers in a multiplayer environment and NONE of the trainers we post on this website are designed for multiplayer use.
You will always get an out of sync error with the trainer in multiplayer, regardless of who all is using it.
