Does anyone know what that big rock at the end of route 224 is there for?

I walked down to the end of route 224 and theres this big frickin rock!

I know did you get a event item because I want to go there.

i have the mystery gift but i cant get to route 224

To get to route 224, you have to go through a cave in victory road which is sealed off until you beat the E4. You have to get a secret event item (Oak's letter) to acess the secret of the "big rock" at the end of route 224. The only way to get Oak's Letter is through a special Nintendo event or by using an Action Replay.
