OH HEY! I think I found the cave. Is it the one that snorlax is blocking? I cant move him. Last time I think I turned on the radio and he woke up put its not working this time.
yea its that cave. You need a radio card extension for pokeflute music. To get that you find the missing part to the power plant (its in the water in the middle of Cerulean Gym) and return that to the power plant manager, then go speak to the radio tower manager in Lavender Town, he'll give it to you.
