Yeah. Why aren't there any games on the Korea war? That would've been a good genre too. Maybe too much political crap from Bureaucrats and REMFs who never once put themselves in the line of danger.

Well, it is a bit out of topic, but ther is a game about the Korea civil war, with the nukes and such: Mercenarie: Playgroud of Destruction

Seriosly i think CoD 4 is going to be good BUT as i do with all games i buy i usally download them from torrent sites first, (mostly just because i havent seen a demo that gives an accurate image of the game in whole) then when i have played it abit then if i think its good i buy it just to support the developers on the other hand if it sucks i just delete it.

This is how i do things ofcourse it is ILLEGAL but i actually buy the game if it's good and that makes it in my appinion more of a legal alternative for the future

Phew... i did it my first post on a forum for hmm... atleast 5 years

I look forward to CoD 4, when i first played CoD 1 and the MOH series, it was renewing, how the game was played. that's why it became a succes. But if you make each game the same, just a different story, it becomes boring. So now they made a game, that has hopefully the same style, just modern and based on todays wars and weapons. And maybe somewhere in the future they could cover the many different conflicts that exist today, afterall terrorism is not the only one, but they have to start somewhere.

Not that i disrespect anything but IMO games about ww2 became kinda overrated these days... dont u think that something should be changed, or mabe improved in a time? let's look at it from other point, if they would make COD4 about ww2, what would change in the game exept for graphix? nothing we already virtually rode in every ww2 tank, we have fired from every single ww2 weapon, and flew on every plane, we jumped with parachute ... we saw almost every event of ww2 from games like COD and MOH...

Agreed 100% sergi - the WWII thing is played out big time. I like the Korea idea, and even tho there have been some 'Nam games, that genre has not been 100% explored, nevermind there are a ton of other smaller modern conflicts that could be explored with the help of a latest-gen gfx engine.
