in each expansion pack do you get more new clothes, hairstyles, accessories etc? or do u download them from a website?

It depends, on the content of the expansion but yes you can download these accessorys you can even make your own, it's called a trainer

Usually a trainer just gives you cheats, such as unlimited money, so that you dont have to enter in a code.

As for the real question, the answer is yes. Although the content you will get will be different. Every expansion pack gives you more hair, clothes, objects and stuff like that.

Some expansion packs give you stuff depending on what one it is. For example, in University you get a new University section for your nieghbourhood and a new age between teen and adult.

In nightlife, you get a new Downtown district and get to go on dates and such.

In Open for Business, you can make your own business and get to add a Shopping District to your town.

In pets, you can add pets to your family.

Well you get the point.
