It's not his lack of respect towards hip hop that makes him feel that way towards the title, its the amount of respect he holds for the traditional belt and how its been handed down for multiple generations between hundreds of superstars.
I think cena should have been honored to hold that very belt, but he went and changed its design, and now a piece of Wrestling history is sitting in a storage room somewhere when it needs to be in the spotlight like hit has for the past three generations or so.
