I think both... but i was worried about Carbon and look what happened - it turned out to be the best NFS game ever. I have total faith in EA, cos im sure they will surprise me and everyone else. Again. So i wouldn't lose sleep over that if i were you.
ok i dont no how mch of this is on carbon, cuz i havnt got it, bt i wud like to see being able to upgrade body its seperatly eg buy front bumpers, rear bumpers, side skirts and over fenders seperatly. be able to choose exhaust tips and head lights/tail lights, some more muscle cars, more exotic, eg koenigsegg ccx, and some bmw's aand recenty road sports cars. not all midnight racing, some in the day and stuff, maybe able to do a mode of pay wer you play as the cop, be able to colour your wheels seperatly so you could have front black, rear siver etc and some rock music, but also rap eg slipknot trivium, eminem etc
