at the main menu screen (where the play and online options are) hold L1, L2, L3, R1, R2 and R3. while still holding these buttons press the right analog up and the left analog stick down.
you will hear a sound and it unlocks all the vehicle models and opens every ticket, so now you can take your pick of events
