dialga by far dialga could kick palkia's lol and i mean it also... dialga learns more powerful moves like roar of time does more damage than spacial rend... and draco meteor would do more damage with dialga than palkia could ever do... if you look at the stats you would see whos superior in this case

Stat-wise, Dialga is more offensive and Palkia is Defensive. Otherwise, they learn [pretty much] the same types of moves with the same power.

Sorry, Where I put Palkia is weak to water/fighting, I meant to put weak to Dragon/Fighting. I edited it though, so its all good.
