How do you get ride of Nude patches???

you need cheats i forget what they are tho pervert lol

If you're really desperate to get rid of it, just delete/uninstall the patch, uninstall the game, delete any left over files from the patch you might have missed, and then reinstall the game. You will probably lose all saved info though, but thats what you get for patching in nudity
