as long as your stubborn enough, you can catch anything...
when i first played red, i was stupid and used the masterball right after i got it, so when i went after mewtwo, i didnt have it... so i went to the pokemon center and bought as many pokeballs as i could get, and i still caught it!!!! almost three hours later.... but i caught it!!! then my brother showed me the missingno trick... i was so ****ED when it erased my game!!!!
